Services Description

Craftedwarmhandm provides professional business card printing services including design, printing, finishing, and delivery. Our services are available to individuals and businesses within New Zealand and internationally.

Ordering Process

When placing an order with us:

• All orders require approval of a digital proof before printing
• Once you approve a proof, you accept responsibility for the accuracy of the design
• Orders are processed after payment confirmation
• Production times begin after proof approval, not order placement
• Rush and express orders are subject to availability

Artwork and Design

Regarding artwork submitted for printing:

• You must own or have rights to use all submitted artwork and content
• We are not responsible for spelling, grammatical, or design errors in customer-supplied files
• Artwork must meet our technical specifications for optimal print quality
• We reserve the right to refuse orders containing illegal, defamatory, or offensive content

Pricing and Payment

All prices on our website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice but confirmed orders will be honoured at the quoted price. Payment is required before production begins.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates and not guarantees. Craftedwarmhandm is not liable for delays caused by courier services, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Quality Standards

We strive for excellence in every print job. Minor variations in colour between screen display and printed output are normal due to differences in colour reproduction technology. We print to industry-standard colour tolerances.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Craftedwarmhandm and protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Craftedwarmhandm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand, with Auckland as the exclusive jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
